I have worked with Liz twice now and both times she went way above and beyond the call of duty. In 2012, she helped me find my dream house in South Minneapolis. I had a very specific wish list that I was determined to find. Liz and I went to 67 houses before I found the one! There was never a moment when Liz seemed to grow tired of my search. In fact, at times she was more enthusiastic and determined than I was. After spending a few very happy years in this house, I was unexpectedly offered a job across the country and, when I decided to take it, I immediately told Liz so she could help me start planning. Liz was extremely knowledgeable about the market and guided me how to prepare to list and on when to list for top dollar. In both of these deals Liz was a master negotiator and skillfully helped me decide when to give a little and when to stand firm.
